February 20, 2026
Most of Friday will be spent cleaning main street and 15th Street.
The plan for February 23 is to clear 3rd Ave Cres and cul-de-sacs.
Town personnel will be placing signage in advance to notify residents of scheduled clearing in their area.
February 11, 2026
Personnel are currently working on cleaning and clearing thick ice, pothole ice, and residential streets.
Crews will continue addressing problem areas to improve road conditions and ensure safer travel throughout the community.
February 9, 2026,
Crews are actively addressing existing ruts, and grading work is underway to restore proper surface conditions.
January 8, 2026
Grader will be moving to residential areas today after finishing up snow removal in the cul-de-sacs.
January 6, 2026
Crew will be out today and tomorrow clearing cul-de-sacs and 15th Street West.

December 17, 2025
Forecast:
Blizzard conditions are expected in The Battlefords, with gusty winds and
visibility frequently near zero due to snow and blowing snow.
Total Snowfall:
10 to 20+ cm of snow is expected
Snow removal on alleys and lanes will be addressed as manpower and equipment become available.
December 12, 2025
Town crews will be starting snow removal operations on sidewalks and on 22nd Street. Vehicles parked along main street should be moved to allow for efficient clearing.

Crews are currently out sanding and blading hills throughout the Town.
