Embrace the rhythm of your practice as it flows seamlessly through every season of the year. Our community yoga program is here to support your wellness journey with three, 10-week sessions offered during Fall, Winter and Spring. All sessions are held at the Alex Dillabough Centre.
Current Spring Yoga Dates:
Tuesdays - March 17 to June 2 (No classes April 14 and 21)
Thursdays - March 19 to June 4 (No classes April 16 and 23)
Wednesdays - April 1 to June 3

The program offers two options of yoga styles:
- Flow classes focus on linking movement to breath for energy
- Stretch classes emphasize holding postures for deep flexibility and muscular release.
