Town of Battleford - 2026 Land Lease Tenders
The Town of Battleford is now accepting sealed tenders for the leasing of land within the Town's limits:
- These leases will be for a period of (5) years, commencing June 1, 2026, and terminating June 1, 2031.
- Information on the above parcels can be obtained from Town Hall and is available on the Town’s website.
- A post-dated cheque dated May 15, 2026, in the amount of your bid must be included with the Tender.
- All Tenders are to be clearly marked “LEASE # ” with the corresponding number.
- Minimum tender per parcel shall be $150.00 plus GST.
- Highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Deadline: 12:00 PM (noon), May 15, 2026
Payment: A post-dated cheque (May 15, 2026) for the full bid amount must be included.
Marking: Tenders must be clearly marked "LEASE # [Number]".
Minimum Bid: $150.00 + GST per parcel.
Important: All leaseholders are responsible for weed management. Please review the Invasive Weeds Identification Guide before submitting your bid.
