Tender Opportunity: Battleford Flats Caretaker (2026 Season)

The Town of Battleford is inviting tenders for a dedicated individual or business to provide caretaking services for the Battleford Flats Sports Complex for the 2026 season (May 1st to August 31st).

The Opportunity

"The Flats" is a premier 40-acre facility featuring 8 ball diamonds and a soccer pitch. The successful contractor will be responsible for:

  • Grounds Maintenance: Grass cutting, string trimming, and diamond preparation.

  • Janitorial Services: Cleaning and maintaining the washrooms and canteen.

  • Facility Care: Garbage removal and minor repairs.

  • Communication: Acting as the primary liaison with the Parks and Recreation office.

Sealed tenders must be clearly marked “Tender – Battleford Flats Caretaker” and submitted by the closing deadline.
