Yoga All Year Long
Embrace the rhythm of your practice as it flows seamlessly through every season of the year. Our community yoga program is here to support your wellness journey with three, eight-week sessions--Fall, Winter and Spring. Each session offers a blend of Flow (linking movement to breath for energy) and Stretch (holding postures for flexibility and release), and all classes maintain a convenient, consistent schedule.
