Yoga Throughout The Year

Embrace the rhythm of your practice as it flows seamlessly through every season of the year.  Our community yoga program is here to support your wellness journey with three, 10-week sessions offered during Fall, Winter and Spring. All sessions are held at the Alex Dillabough Centre.  

Current Spring Yoga Dates: 
Tuesdays - March 17 to June 2 (No classes April 14 and 21)
Thursdays - March 19 to June 4 (No classes April 16 and 23)
Wednesdays - April 1 to June 3

 

Fall Yoga:
Mid-September to the end of November
Winter Yoga:
January to mid-March
Spring Yoga:
Mid-March to end of May

The program offers two options of yoga styles: 

    • Flow classes focus on linking movement to breath for energy
    • Stretch classes emphasize holding postures for deep flexibility and muscular release.
