Keeping it Safe Locally: Join the #9PMRoutine

Did you know that nearly half of all vehicle break-ins involve unlocked doors? Most of these are "crimes of opportunity" that happen right in our own driveways under the cover of darkness.

We’re encouraging all residents to join us in the 9PM Routine—a simple, nightly habit to help keep our neighborhood safe.

Your Nightly Checklist:

• ✅ Vehicle: Remove all valuables (phones, wallets, spare keys), close the windows, and lock the doors.

• ✅ Home: Ensure all exterior doors and windows are deadbolted.

• ✅ Garage: Close the garage door and lock the interior door leading into the house.

• ✅ Lighting: Turn on your porch lights or ensure motion sensors are active.

• ✅ Mail: Bring in any remaining mail or packages from the porch.

Criminals look for the path of least resistance. By taking 5 minutes at 9:00 PM to secure your property, you make our community a much harder target.
