Do I still receive a utility bill each quarter?
Customers get their regular bill allowing them to monitor usage. The bill will show Account Balance, their PAP (pre-authorized payment amount) and Total Due. Customers are not expected to pay the amount due as their regular monthly withdrawals are expected to cover the amount. If the Amount Due has a - (eg: -$12.34) this means it is a credit amount.
