January Property Tax Savings Await
Prepayment discounts are open!
To qualify for the discount, full payment based on your 2025 levy must be received by the end of January. Note that discounts apply only to the municipal portion, and any difference in the final 2026 year levy will be reflected on your upcoming tax notice.
January discount is 6%.
February discount is 4%.
