2026 Property Assessment Roll

The Town of Battleford wishes to advise residents and property owners that the 2026 Assessment Roll will be open starting March 30, 2026.

Your assessment is the fair market value assigned to your property by SAMA (Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency).  This value is used to calculate your property taxes.

Review Period: 

The roll is open for inspection from March 30, 2026 to April 29, 2026.  This 30-day window is the only time during the year that a formal appeal can be filed.

The Assessment Roll is available for inspection at Town Hall during regular business hours.

Appeals:

If you believe there is an error in your property's valuation or classification, you must file your appeal by April 29, 2026.
