Demolition Permits
 
A demolition permit is required for the removal of any structure or building including, but not limited to, garages, houses or commercial buildings.
 
Prior to the issuance of a demolition permit, the applicant will be required to provide an asbestos report by a qualified person indicating the building is clear of any asbestos material. If the report indicates the building contains asbestos materials, the applicant will be responsible for providing the Town with an asbestos abatement plan from a qualified person ensuring the safe removal of the materials according to OH&S guidelines.
